You’ll have the opportunity to experience the entire business life cycle of a private company from inception to growth, maturity and transition.Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customized service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
CPA, CA or other relevant professional designation
Master Degree in Tax or Completion of Levels I, II and III of the CPA In-depth Tax Course is necessary
Experience in an accounting firm
A proven leader with strong business development and entrepreneurial skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments in an organized manner
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Superior problem solving skills, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Ability to manage, develop, retain and mentor junior tax professionals
The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.
The salary range for this position is $77,400 - $127,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
