Overview
Adjudicate credit applications submitted to RBC's retail and automotive adjudication centres, acting as a credit specialist. Communicate credit decisions to retail business partners, apply RBC credit and risk policies, verify applications and documentation, and negotiate with mortgage specialists, advice centres and branches while balancing customer service and business risk.

- Must-have: retail credit or lending experience, knowledge of credit/risk policies, and professional call-handling experience.
- Required bilingualism (English and French) to serve RBC partners across Canada.
- Employment type:
