Lead financial strategy at Modern Campus as Vice President of Financial Planning & Strategic Finance. Drive impactful decision-making and partner with top executives for organizational growth.
This executive role reports directly to the CFO and is key for shaping the finance function. The Vice President will manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while collaborating with the CEO and other leaders. With a focus on profitable growth, you will also mentor a finance team, ensuring robust decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts
• Own consolidated financial reporting and performance analysis
• Advise executive leaders on financial performance strategies
• Oversee Board and lender reporting for compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize resource allocation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of finance experience, 10+ years in FP&A leadership
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics like ARR and NRR
• Strong skills in financial modeling and reporting
• CPA, CA, or MBA preferred
