Key Responsibilities:

• Support projects to elevate cash collection processes

• Oversee account portfolios for improved payment profiles

• Liaise with Key Account Managers for periodic updates

• Document all collection efforts with precision

• Identify and address at-risk accounts as necessary

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting or related fields

• 5+ years of collections experience essential

• Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle or SAP

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Creative problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
