The Credit Analyst role, reporting to the Pharma AR supervisor, emphasizes efficient customer account management and reconciliation processes. You will collaborate with several teams to enhance responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the ability to manage key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer collections and perform account reconciliations

• Process credit card refunds and netting entries

• Guide customer deduction explanations through their portals

• Implement process improvements for quality and efficiency

• Assist in preparing OTC deduction and bank remittance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 3-5 years in credit and accounts receivable roles

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong adaptability in fast-paced environments
