Job Description:Support the Relationship Manager in booking new business and lead all aspects of analysis for assigned portfolios. Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction, promote products, and manage credit risk in compliance with internal and external requirements.
Responsibilities CUSTOMER- Prepare competitive credit packages for new business in a timely manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Lead analysis for assigned portfolios.
- Use the sales platform to understand customer needs, industries, and markets.
- Build knowledge of the market, customers, and broader economic factors.
- Respond to changes in the business environment with effective action plans.
- Assist in cross‑selling the full range of products to maximize revenue and retain relationships.
- Refer to other business partners and respond to reciprocal referrals.
- Assess credit risk in compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Promote products, sales, services, and banking capabilities.
- Contribute to operational excellence and suggest process improvements.
- Complete business processes and monitoring activities accurately and timely.
- Manage risks and escalate high‑risk transactions as necessary.
- Maintain relationships across business lines and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Perform due diligence for all customer transactions.
- Stay current on emerging issues, trends, and regulatory changes.
- Minimize operational and regulatory risk by complying with the bank’s Code of Conduct.
- Participate fully as a team member and support a positive work environment.
- Provide industry knowledge and transfer knowledge within the team.
- Keep up with emerging trends and grow business knowledge.
- Participate in personal performance management and cross training.
- Keep others informed about status and progress of requests and reviews.
- Mentor others and share best practices.
- Lead, motivate, and develop relationships with internal and external partners.
- Contribute to a fair and equitable environment supporting diversity.
- Deep expertise in own domain with working knowledge of related areas.
- Align advice with enterprise priorities, risk appetite, and customer experience.
- Apply best practices to improve processes and services.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert and resource for others.
- Set standards within the area of expertise.
- Solve complex problems involving multiple stakeholders.
- Interpret guidelines and policies to inform senior decision‑making.
- Build stakeholder alignment when structuring credit requests.
- Work under moderate guidance and supervision.
- Lead problem resolution for complex issues at all levels.
- Report to the Senior Manager, Credit Management.
- Undergraduate degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience or participation in an Associate Program.
