Position: Corporate Financial Controller at Rosendin

Drive financial strategy and leadership as a Corporate Financial Controller rsee financial functions and ensure the success of the accounting infrastructure while fostering a high-performance culture.

As the Controller, you will report directly to the VP of Finance, leading a corporate finance team. This strategic leadership role requires establishing performance metrics, overseeing financial reporting, and serving as a trusted advisor on complex accounting issues. You'll be instrumental in optimizing finance processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the corporate finance and accounting organization

• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements

• Serve as authority for technical accounting guidance

• Manage high-level strategic projects for senior management

• Ensure tax compliance and oversight of annual audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA preferred for this leadership role

• 15+ years accounting experience, 3 years in public accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Strong communication and leadership skills
