Axos Bank seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Lending Specialist II to drive efficiency in loan servicing operations. Utilize your expertise in finance and customer communication to achieve outstanding results.
As part of the Commercial Lending Operations team, you will provide daily processing support for various loan servicing tasks, including modifications, payments, and document review. This role requires a strong foundation in loan servicing, enhanced customer service skills, and effective communication. Your contributions will be essential for aligning business objectives with operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process loan modifications and payments
• Handle invoice processing through Oracle
• Review and analyze financial documents
• Perform general ledger reconciliations daily
• Board loans into core systems
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of loan servicing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong detail orientation
