Position: Banking Advisor with Client Engagement at RBC

Join RBC's Val-D'or team as a Banking Advisor and leverage your sales skills to enhance client engagement. This full-time role focuses on delivering personalized banking solutions and education.

As an RBC ambassador, you'll guide clients through their everyday banking, credit, and investment journeys. Your responsibilities will include actively listening to client needs and leveraging technology to foster meaningful relationships. Expect to proactively handle any banking issues while collaborating with RBC partners to achieve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with clients in the branch and community

• Deliver educational support on banking and digital tools

• Respond promptly to client-initiated contact

• Actively listen to address client-specific queries

• Build and maintain relationships to optimize referrals

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Mutual Funds accreditation

• Strong focus on client-first service and sales

• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Digital literacy across mobile and desktop platforms

• Bilingual in English and French for client interaction
