As a Senior Associate, you will help develop tax planning strategies, engage in mergers and acquisitions, and conduct thorough tax analyses. This position emphasizes technical knowledge sharing and hands-on involvement in special tax projects, ranging from corporate reorganizations to trust planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop corporate restructuring plans tailored to client needs

• Assist in business sales, mergers, and acquisitions

• Liaise with clients, legal, and accounting teams

• Conduct and document comprehensive tax analyses

• Lead Canadian tax projects, including trust and estate planning

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Tax or completed CPA Levels I, II, III

• Completed or in-progress In-depth Tax Course

• Relevant experience in accounting or law firms

• Fluency in English and French

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
