Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver proactive service and financial advice to clients

• Ensure all client records are up to date and compliant

• Rebalance portfolios based on client needs

• Manage client trades including purchases and redemptions

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in finance or a related field

• Completion of IFIC or CSC course is mandatory

• Strong telephone communication skills

• Bilingual in French and English

• Initiative and autonomy in client service
