Location: Quebec City
Lead financial integrity and accountability as the Chief Finance Officer at OM, overseeing operations in your Area. Your expertise will support the Area Leadership Team in fostering Vibrant Communities of Jesus Followers.
This role requires a full-time or part-time commitment based on Area needs, focused on both oversight and hands-on financial management. You will generate accurate financial reports for the Area Leader and International Finance Director, monitor financial health, and provide training for finance staff. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring compliance with laws and protecting donor intentions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate financial reports for leadership functions
• Monitor financial health and report trends to leadership
• Train and support finance staff across the Area
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial laws
• Build relationships with senior finance leaders globally
Requirements:
• Experience in financial management roles
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations
• Proven ability to train and develop teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse needs of areas
