You will conduct tax analyses and participate in significant Canadian tax projects, including mergers and acquisitions, trust planning, and corporate reorganizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate tax planning and corporate restructuring strategies

• Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and business sales

• Collaborate with clients, accountants, and legal teams

• Execute and document detailed tax analyses

• Oversee special tax projects across various sectors

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Tax or CPA Levels I, II, III

• Completion or progress in the In-depth Tax Course

• Experience in an accounting or law firm

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
