Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly business plans focusing on individual and regional targets

• Conduct financial planning across various domains such as risk management and retirement

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and growth

• Lead financial seminars to educate clients on new strategies and legislative changes

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients

Requirements:

F. Pl. designation and CIRO-RR license

• 2+ years of financial planning experience

• Strong public speaking abilities to conduct seminars

• Excellent marketing and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and financial planning software
