Financial Controller

• Design and produce financial and operational analyses to support management in interpreting financial information and making strategic decisions
• Analyze profitability by project, client, and team, and produce cost and margin analyses to support pricing decisions
• Design, produce, and maintain the organization's KPIs and dashboards, ensuring data reliability and consistency
• Administer financial systems, deploy new technology tools, and lead improvement and automation projects, including initiatives using artificial intelligence
• Support the monthly close and variance analysis to assist with month-end financial statements
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to the regular updating of financial projections
• Collaborate in overseeing contracts, legal compliance, and the supervision and mentoring of the finance team

• Hold a CPA designation and have 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Proven mastery of the full accounting cycle
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with technology tools, notably Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and LLMs
• Interest in applying AI to finance (asset)
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to supervise a team, and to act as interim head of finance
• Experience in a services company or in the technology sector (asset)

Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, including profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, while leveraging technology tools like Zoho Analytics and Power BI to enhance data reliability and decision-making. Proven leadership in supervising finance teams and managing the full accounting cycle, with a focus on compliance and strategic financial planning.
