This senior leadership role oversees all accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions within Quorum. The successful candidate will develop the financial architecture necessary to support ongoing growth and ensure IFRS compliance. With a focus on effective risk management and meaningful insights, this position collaborates with business leaders to drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cash management and liquidity planning
• Lead corporate tax compliance and optimize planning
• Manage annual budgeting and long-range financial forecasts
• Support M&A activities and integration projects
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in financial leadership roles
• Strong understanding of IFRS and tax regulations
• Proven ability in risk management and financial analysis
• Leadership skills to mentor and develop finance teams
• Experience in strategic project management
