Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex credit applications and policy exceptions

• Monitor and report on client exceptions and trends

• Provide guidance on lending policy interpretation

• Partner with leaders to resolve escalated matters

• Plan and execute quality assurance reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in mortgage lending industry

• Strong background in underwriting and lending guidelines

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Bilingualism in English and French preferred
