Drive AI transformation within Reddit as a Senior Business Risk & AI Automation expert. Focus on leveraging agentic AI to enhance SOX testing and internal audits.
In this role, you will architect an AI-driven internal audit and risk function, specifically enhancing SOX processes while collaborating across departments. Your expertise in AI tools and risk management will strengthen financial and platform controls, establishing a culture of innovation within the Risk Advisory team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and maintain AI-driven SOX testing for accuracy
• Test core business process controls using agentic AI
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, People, and Legal teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert in AI risk management
• Promote innovation within the Risk Advisory team
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in Big 4 accounting, internal audit, or compliance
• Experience with SOX and technology platforms preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Google AI suite
• Professional certifications like CPA or CIA are preferred
