Senior Treasury Manager

Reporting to Finance leadership, the Senior Manager, Treasury is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and oversight of the organization's treasury activities. This includes liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, banking relationship administration, and support for activities related to financial risk management.

• Monitor daily liquidity, bank balances, and short‑term financing needs.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor working capital movements and flag any significant risks or variances.
• Support liquidity transfers and financing between the organization's various entities.

• Administer bank accounts, signing authorities, mandates, and access to banking platforms.
• Act as the main point of contact with financial institutions for day‑to‑day operations.
• Analyze bank fees, investigate discrepancies, and propose optimization opportunities.
• Monitor banking documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor exposure to foreign exchange and interest rate fluctuations.
• Execute hedging transactions in accordance with established policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and controls.

• Prepare treasury reports for management, including liquidity, debt, risk indicators, and related items.
• Participate in internal and external audits as well as compliance activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date treasury documentation, policies, and procedures.

• Administer treasury management systems (TMS), banking platforms, and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen internal controls.
• Participate in system implementation, enhancement, or optimization projects.

• Work closely with the accounting, FP&A, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and legal teams.
• Act as a treasury subject matter expert and support the development of team members as needed.
