Client Financial Services Agent – Service Signature

• Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs
• Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and propose personalized and effective solutions
• Seize business opportunities and provide personalized advice for optimal business development
• Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings and follow up on requests
• Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations
• Proactively inform members and clients about digital solutions and equip them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred method
• Help manage the advisor's agenda and emails
• Acquire and cultivate knowledge and understanding of Desjardins products and services and competitors' offers
• Create offers for routine financial transactions and sales support based on affluent and high net worth clients' needs and expectations
• Support advisors by carrying out transactional or operational activities related to the financial services offer

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
• Knowledge of French is required
• Knowledge of all products and services available to caisse members and those offered in Desjardins business centers, the components and in the Desjardins distribution networks
• Knowledge of integration of financial data into systems
• Knowledge and notions of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services
• Good grasp of the philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative
• Knowledge of operational procedures for financing and investment activities
• Knowledge of operational procedures for convenience services and products as well as automated and assisted transactions
• Knowledge of operational procedures for opening accounts, selling complementary products and services and those related to AccordD financing
• Knowledge of Desjardins business processes (e.g., sales, solicitation and negotiation processes)
