As the Finance Director (Control & Performance), you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the full accounting cycle, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will also play a pivotal role in developing internal teams and enhancing operational efficiency through strong financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly accounting activities and financial statement preparation

• Lead budgeting and forecasting alongside performance analysis

• Monitor cash flow, margins, and key performance indicators

• Strengthen internal controls and financial reporting quality

• Provide actionable financial insights to the leadership team

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong experience in finance and financial analysis

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
