Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in due diligence for financial transactions
• Analyze operational results and performance metrics
• Identify and quantify GAAP compliance issues
• Develop staff through constructive feedback and training
• Correlate findings with client valuations effectively
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 6 years of professional experience, including diligence work
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CA, CPA certification required
• Advanced skills in Excel and analytics technologies
Utilize your expertise in financial diligence to influence key investment decisions across Canada and the U.S.
