As a Specialist in the Advantage + team, your expertise will be crucial in addressing intricate retirement plan situations. You’ll engage with clients, administrators, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Additionally, you will lead special projects with rigorous coordination and support fellow team members in their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert on complex retirement plan cases

• Analyze situations and recommend corrective actions

• Lead discussions with clients and retirement committees

• Manage and coordinate special projects

• Provide guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

• College diploma in a relevant field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• In-depth knowledge of GRS products and legislation

• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English and advanced French
