You will play a crucial part in due diligence engagements, analyzing financial results, and identifying GAAP issues for potential acquisitions or divestitures. Preparing pro forma financial information and evaluating cash flow requirements are key tasks. Your leadership in developing the team will enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in due diligence for financial transactions
• Analyze operational results and performance metrics
• Identify and quantify GAAP compliance issues
• Develop staff through constructive feedback and training
• Correlate findings with client valuations effectively
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• 6 years of professional experience, including diligence work
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
• CPA or CA, CPA certification required
• Advanced skills in Excel and analytics technologies
Utilize your expertise in financial diligence to influence key investment decisions across Canada and the U.S.
