Reporting directly to the Senior Vice-President, Global Customer Experience, you’ll focus on optimizing performance management and leading strategic investment initiatives.
Your role will involve developing and maintaining partnerships across various business lines to ensure alignment in strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on growth opportunities and investment priorities
• Lead oversight of financial performance in budgeting
• Develop governance and performance monitoring mechanisms
• Steer business risk integration into decision processes
• Design KPIs and executive dashboards for tracking
Requirements:
• At least 10 years in strategic advisory or governance roles
• Strong business judgment and influence skills
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or finance
• Advanced English proficiency for strategic communication
• Proven collaboration abilities across various functions
