• Supervise a team of 4 to 6 chefs
• Manage orders and stocks for hot, cold, and breakfast sections
• Check setup, appeal, and replenishment of buffets (600 to 1000 covers per service)
• Personalize customer service through plating at buffets or in bistronomic restaurants
• Ensure quality of services, safety compliance, and maintenance of assets
• Motivate and support your team towards shared goals
