Night Auditor at Resort

Join our resort team as a Night Auditor, where you will ensure exceptional guest services and operational excellence during nighttime shifts.

Your role will enhance guest satisfaction through attentive service and oversight of front office operations.

As a key member of the front office team, the Night Auditor will handle all duties necessary to maintain high service standards overnight. You will manage Front Desk operations, lead shifts, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures while also utilizing reports for effective decision-making. This role directly impacts guest experiences and revenue management by maximizing room occupancy and rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly Front Office operations and audits

• Lead Front Desk team in the absence of management

• Interact with guests to collect feedback and resolve issues

• Maximize revenue through same day selling procedures

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• 1-3 years guest service or Front Desk experience

• Previous hotel supervisory role required

• High School Diploma; management degree preferred

• Proficient with property management systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills
