Location: Lévis

A growing organization with multiple locations is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This key role supports both payroll and core HR administration functions.

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, resourceful, curious, and eager to grow. While this role is positioned at a junior-to-mid level, it offers strong development potential for someone with the right mindset and drive.

What You’ll Be Doing Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Process end-to-end biweekly payroll for ~200 employees
  • Administer employee benefits (including RRSP and eligibility-based programs)
  • Maintain accurate employee data, payroll changes, and system updates
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely processing
HR Administration & Coordination
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding administration
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
  • Maintain HRIS records and generate basic HR reports
  • Act as a key HR administrative contact across multiple employee groups
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with payroll processing (preferred) or strong aptitude to learn quickly
  • Experience with ADP (HRIS + Payroll) is an asset
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis)
  • Comfortable working with numbers and HR data
  • Process‑improvement mindset — someone who questions inefficiencies and looks for smarter ways to work
  • Clear communicator who can interact confidently across different employee groups
  • Growth mindset and interest in taking on increased responsibility over time

You’ll be part of a collaborative HR team supporting a dynamic workforce. This role acts as the primary HR administrative support partner, working closely with HR leadership and supporting broader HR initiatives.
