- Act as the initial escalation point for Canadian HR inquiries
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR administrative procedures and practices through various communication channels
- Maintain accurate data entry and process transactions in the HR Information System (Workday)
- Develop and maintain working relationships with HR Business Partners and functional areas
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or a related Human Resources field
- Proficiency in French Canadian (both written and spoken)
- Strong customer service orientation and familiarity with Canadian laws and regulations
- Experience with Human Resources Information System software
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience with Workday or other HRMS software
- HR functional knowledge and understanding of effective HR administration processes
- Strong analytical and data presentation skills
