Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The Route Service Representative drives a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products, while also providing sales and service opportunities within the existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position demands that partners keep quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Requirements
- Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. (Must be in place prior to the first day of employment).
