Territory Manager Medical – Quebec
This is a great opportunity for someone with a good sales track record. You will be responsible for growing the territory, supporting healthcare partners, and expanding access to innovative medical products.
Responsibilities:- Develop & implement sales plans for the territory with a focus on achieving corporate goals to strategically grow the business
- Set and achieve personal performance goals for sales volume, new contacts made, new client sales and other related sales results achieved.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of territory sales performance and strategic direction.
- Gain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to provide dedicated support to end users
- Provide in-servicing on products, application and deployment for customers within the territory.
- Develop key opinion leaders within all accounts in territory.
- Work collaboratively with the Director and colleagues across the organization to capture best-practices
- Coordinate with Marketing to stay informed about new products
- Participate in a variety of sales training and planning meetings
- Bachelor's Degree or experience equivalent to a related
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct sales experience (Medical device industry is a strong asset)
- Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills, excellent strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work with many product lines and customer call points.
- Ability to travel on average 25%-35%
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs
