Position: Carrier Relationship Manager at Vantage Data Centers

Enhance telecom partnerships with Vantage Data Centers as a Carrier Relationship Manager. This role focuses on managing a vibrant carrier ecosystem across North America, with a requirement of on-site work three days a week.

In this strategic role, you will cultivate and manage essential relationships with telecommunications carriers. Your focus will include engaging with carrier partners, overseeing contract management, and driving initiatives that enhance satisfaction and retention. This position requires excellent negotiation skills and a strong understanding of telecommunications market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for telecommunications carriers

• Maintain executive relationships and conduct regular reviews

• Manage carrier access and service agreements

• Oversee contract negotiations and compliance

• Support carrier onboarding and governance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or related industries

• Strong understanding of fiber infrastructure

• Proficient in both French and English

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
