As the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage and grow MCR Safety's business in Eastern Canada. This role emphasizes outbound calling, product promotion, and relationship-building with distributors and end-users. With an expected travel commitment of 75%, flexibility and professionalism are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory

• Document all sales activities using CRM tools

• Prepare comprehensive communication materials for stakeholders

• Develop and maintain distributor relationships

• Assist with training and support for sales representatives
Requirements:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree desired

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite; MS Dynamics a plus

• Bilingual candidates (French and English) highly valued
