Regional Sales Manager – Broker Partnerships

We’re recruiting a Regional Sales Manager – Broker Partnerships for a well-established financial services company in the GTA.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to build relationships, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

• True Growth Role: This isn’t about maintaining a book—you’ll be leading expansion across Ontario with full support from leadership.
• Strong Earning Potential: $100K–$150K, uncapped commission, full benefits, RRSP match, and mileage reimbursement.
• Relationship-Driven Sales: You’ll work directly with brokerages, building meaningful partnerships—not just chasing transactional deals.

• Drive New Business: Identify, target, and secure new broker partnerships across Ontario.
• Own the Relationship: Become a trusted partner to your brokers, driving retention and long-term growth.
• Be Visible in the Market: Attend events, network, and stay in front of key decision-makers.
• Close & Deliver: Manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation through onboarding and ongoing success.

• 3+ years in sales or business development
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a strong asset
• Comfortable in an external, field-based role
• A natural relationship builder who can open doors and keep them open
• Self-driven and motivated by results
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario
