Vous aurez à accueillir et informer les clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.
Vous agirez à titre d'intermédiaire entre le client et l'atelier mécanique.
De plus vous aurez à performer au sein d'un rôle conseil et de vente auprès des clients, procéder à l'ouverture et à la fermeture de bons de travail, l'explication de la facturation, le suivi et la bonne collaboration avec les techniciens feront aussi partie de votre quotidien.
