• Manage charter flight inquiries from initial request through to booking.
• Prepare customized quotations and charter proposals.
• Recommend aircraft and operational solutions based on client needs.
• Source aircraft availability and negotiate with charter operators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and aviation partners.
• Support business development initiatives and coordinate sales activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with sales presentations.
• Help coordinate trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

• Experience in aviation is required
  .
• Experience in charter brokerage, private aviation, travel services, sales coordination, or customer service.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Aviation, business, tourism, logistics, or related education is considered an asset.
• Existing connections within the military or defence sector are considered a strong asset.
