Internal Sales Representative

I am recruiting for a well-established company in the distribution of technical products related to the electrical and industrial fields. Reporting to the branch manager, you will play a central role in supporting sales and managing customer relationships. You will act as a resource person for a professional clientele (contractors, industrial companies, institutions) and actively contribute to account growth.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes
• Enter orders into the ERP system
• Follow up on deliveries
• Keep customer information up to date in the CRM
• Collaborate with external representatives
• Manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor​
• Advise customers and propose complementary products once training is completed

• DEP or DEC (sales, administration, or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal sales or B2B customer service
• Experience with an ERP system (important asset)
• Good command of the MS Office suite
• Excellent organization and priority management
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Interest in technical products (electrical / industrial)
