The Sales Coordinatorsupportsthe North America Regional Sales Enablement Center (RSEC) and Salesteamsbymanagingincomingsalescommunications,coordinatingprojectdocumentation,assistingwithequipmentselectionandquotations,andensuringproperopportunitysetupininternalsystems.

- Managetheregional Sales Inboxandcategorizeincomingrequests .
- Allocatequoterequests,POs,andshopdrawingstotheappropriate
SalesorRSECEngineer. - Ensuretimelyassignmentandtrackingofallrequests.
- Prepareandissuequotationsusing Armstrongselectiontools(e.g.,ADEPT) andpricingsystems.
- Performbasicequipmentselectionsbasedonprovideddutyconditions.
- Supportpricingalignment,breakout pricing,andalternateoptions.
- Trackissuedquotesandcoordinaterevisionsasprojectrequirementsevolve.
- EnsurequotesareproperlylinkedtoCRMopportunities.
- CreateandmaintainprojectsandopportunitiesinADEPTandCRM.
- Ensureaccuratejobnaming,tagging,an downership.
- SupportpipelinevisibilityandCRMhygiene.
- Actasaliaisonbetweenexternalcustomersandinternalteamsincluding Operations and After Sales .
- Coordinatecommunicationregardingorderstatus,documentation requests,andtechnicalclarifications.
- Ensurecustomerinquiriesareproperlydirectedandresolvedinatimelymanner.
- Supportsmoothhandoverfromquotestagetoorderexecution.
- Bachelor'sDegreein Mechanical Engineering ,TechnicalDCSin Building Engineeringor AECin Building Engineering (Required).
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, application engineering support, HVAC systems, or technical customer service isanasset.
- Exposuretohydronicsystems,pumps,orHVACapplicationsisanasset.
- Co-oporinternshipexperienceinmechanicalsystemsisconsideredvaluable.
- Fluentinboth Frenchand English (writtenandverbal).
- Abilitytoconfidentlycommunicatewithcustomersandinternalteamsinbothlanguages.
- Strongorganizationalandprioritizationskills.
- Detail-orientedwithstrongfollow-up discipline.
- ComfortableworkinginCRMsystemsandquotingplatforms.
