This is a senior, high-autonomy individual contributor role for a commercially minded dealmaker who knows the merchant, rewards, loyalty, affiliate, and commerce landscape and brings a strong network of relationships. You'll work across revenue-share, merchant-funded offers, affiliate, interchange, and other partnership models, balancing partner value, cardholder value, and economics for Brim and our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who opens doors, gets deals done, and builds durable revenue-generating partnerships. You’ll have significant ownership and a direct impact on both customer value and platform revenue.

Develop compelling commercial models across revenue share, merchant-funded offers, affiliate economics, interchange, and other partnership structures.
Take partnerships from prospecting and initial negotiation through contracting, onboarding, launch, performance management, and renewal.
Track performance, revenue, engagement, and partner-level economics; identify opportunities to improve the portfolio and act decisively on underperforming partnerships.
Bring market intelligence, new partnership models, and innovative ideas that strengthen Brim’s competitive position and increase customer value.
Build senior-level relationships across the merchant, brand, loyalty, affiliate, and commerce ecosystem and position Brim as a compelling partner.
What You’ll Bring7–10+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, rewards, loyalty, marketplaces, or related commercial roles, ideally within credit cards, payments, fintech, retail, or commerce.
Deep expertise in rewards and merchant ecosystems, with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling partnership programs.
A strong existing network of merchant, brand, vendor, and affiliate relationships, and a history of converting those relationships into live, commercially successful programs.
You know how to originate opportunities, create compelling partnership structures, negotiate complex commercial terms, and close.
You understand revenue share, merchant-funded offers, affiliate models, interchange, and the economics that make partnerships sustainable and profitable.
