Key Responsibilities:
• Lead geological surveys from initiation to advanced drilling
• Develop 3D models using industry-standard software
• Ensure quality data collection and interpretation
• Oversee budget management and technical reporting
• Mentor and guide junior exploration team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Geology or similar field
• 10 to 12 years in exploration, focusing on gold
• Proficiency in 3D geological modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Membership in a recognized professional association preferred
