The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Geology and 10 to 12 years of experience in gold exploration. This role demands strong capabilities in 3D geological modeling, particularly with Leapfrog™, and the ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with the District Exploration Manager to drive effective exploration strategies and maintain data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust 3D geological models for exploration projects

• Guide exploration strategies and drill planning activities

• Mentor and supervise junior geologists in the field

• Contribute to technical reporting and budget planning

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:

• University degree in Geology or related field

• 10 to 12 years of gold exploration experience

• Proficiency in 3D geological modeling (e.g., Leapfrog™)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
