Your role demands proficiency in statistical methodologies for effective execution of plans and exploratory analyses. You'll mentor junior members while conveying complex statistical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design statistical methodology for clinical trial protocols

• Lead statistical analyses and produce high-quality documentation

• Communicate statistical results to diverse teams

• Identify risks and propose solutions to project teams

• Mentor junior statisticians and provide technical supervision

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in Biostatistics or related field

• 5+ years' experience in regulated environments

• 4+ years' experience with R, SAS, or JMP

• Diagnostic experience preferred

• Strong communication skills in complex statistics
