As a Blaster at Pomerleau, you will manage essential blasting and drilling tasks on projects valued from $1.5 million to over $1 billion.

Your role includes ensuring equipment is properly maintained and operations adhere to safety regulations, promoting a cohesive team atmosphere on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and perform blasting and drilling operations

• Maintain and check drilling equipment

• Utilize explosives for trenching and road infrastructure

• Follow safety protocols meticulously

• Communicate effectively with team members across trades
Requirements:

• Possess a valid CCQ occupation card

• Hold a drilling and blasting DVS

• Must have ASP Construction & WHMIS 201 card

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience
