Position: Chief Electrician for Marine Vessels
Location: Trois-Rivieres

Become an essential part of our marine operations team as a Chief Electrician, responsible for electrical system maintenance onboard. We seek a certified electrician with strong safety practices and operational knowledge.

In this role, you will ensure the reliable performance of all electrical systems on our vessel. Collaborating with the Chief Engineer, you will address immediate electrical issues, conduct inspections, and perform necessary repairs. Your experience and dedication will ensure both safety and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay on call during vessel service hours

• Report management priorities to the Chief Engineer

• Execute maintenance on navigational and communication systems

• Assist in electrical repairs alongside other engineers

• Promote a just-cause safety culture within the crew

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician Certificate (mandatory)

• Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate

• STCW Advanced Fire Fighting and Basic Safety

• Continuous Discharge Book (Seafarer’s Book)

• Certification in Specialized Passenger Safety Management
