As a Facilities Technician, you will maintain and repair our buildings across various shifts, including weekends. You'll utilize your practical skills for routine inspections, preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, and everyday repairs. Ensuring a fully operational and appealing workplace is essential to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and generators

• Handle routine repairs and maintenance tasks

• Oversee contractor work for specialized services

• Diagnose and correct mechanical and electrical issues

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English (preferred)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Experience in maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc.)

• Technical degree is a plus
