Become an Assistant Backhoe Operator with Urgel Bourgie, supporting daily cemetery operations. Operate various machinery while following safety protocols and procedures.

In this role, you will work under the Cemetery Supervisor's guidance to ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include operating tractors and assisting with interments, memorial installations, and maintenance tasks. You will also have the opportunity to learn and eventually cover the Backhoe Operator's duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain tractors and backhoes

• Follow interment procedures and assist cemetery attendants

• Perform crypt placements and occasional cremations

• Clear snow per schedule on weekends

• Complete administrative tasks using digital platforms

Requirements:

• Class 5 driver's licence is required

• Basic mechanical knowledge and repair skills

• Strong physical condition necessary

• Excavator experience viewed favorably

• Ability to work autonomously and engage with families
