As a Temporary Labourer, you play an essential role across different areas like Roadways, Parks, and Water Treatment. Your work includes general labor responsibilities, supporting water maintenance crews, and operating various tools and equipment. Each day brings new challenges, contributing to the city's upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general labor related to municipal services
• Help with pothole repairs and road maintenance
• Assist maintenance teams for water and wastewater
• Safely operate hand tools and light equipment
• Maintain local parks and municipal properties
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
• Class 3A license preferred
• Capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 pounds)
• Strong relationship skills with supervisors
• Courteous and professional with the public
