Avionics Systems Technician Job with CAF

In this critical position, you will operate within the CAF's maintenance teams, focusing on both preventive and corrective maintenance for a range of electronic systems, such as radar, communication, and navigation tools. As a vital contributor, your responsibilities include hands-on support, technical training for other personnel, and preparation of essential aircraft documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration and maintenance on electronic systems

• Operate automatic test stations for system checks

• Train and mentor personnel in technical operations

• Maintain and prepare aircraft performance data

• Execute first line servicing operations including refueling and de-icing

Requirements:

• Complete high school education with math proficiency

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Adaptation to varied working conditions necessary

• Completion of Basic Military Qualification course required

• Willingness to relocate for CAF assignments
