Position: Mechanic for Heavy Trucks & Quarry Equipment
Location: Quebec City

Be part of Beton Provincial’s team as a Heavy Equipment & Truck Mechanic, where your expertise in maintenance and repair ensures operational excellence. Hand-on welding capabilities are a must in this dynamic role.

You will be responsible for servicing tri-axle dump trucks, pup trailers, and quarry loaders while conducting preventative maintenance and inspections. This position suits mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in a quarry environment and are passionate about safety and teamwork.

Your role is critical in minimizing equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair dump trucks and trailers

• Carry out preventative maintenance on quarry equipment

• Perform hands-on welding and fabrication work

• Keep thorough maintenance logs and work orders

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace

Requirements:

• Experience with heavy trucks and equipment

• Mechanical aptitude in hydraulics and diesel engines

• Required welding experience (MIG, stick)

• Valid driver’s license (DZ or AZ)

• Comfort in industrial and quarry settings
