As an experienced technician, you will handle repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of complex avionics systems. Your leadership ability will enhance the performance of the technical team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance with FAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise avionics repairs and installations on aircraft
• Assist in training junior technicians in MRO practices
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Conduct comprehensive testing of avionics systems
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in avionics maintenance roles
• Proven experience on widebody aircraft
• Military avionics experience preferred
• Must hold U.S. work authorization
• Complex problem-solving and communication skills
